Please Help Save My Life

Hi. I am a five week old little Manx runt. I was rescued from a farm only 5 days ago. My foster mom noticed I was not pooping properly and took me to the vet. They found that I have a deformity. My colon does not meet my intestines. Now I am pooping out of my vulva. They said that I could have surgery to fix it, but my foster mom cannot afford to pay for this herself. She rescues kitties all the time and has never had to put anyone down and she sure would hate to do it to me...and SO WOULD I! I am happy and love to play with my brothers and sisters...Please help if you can!!

Time is of the essence. Unless I get her to an ER which is twice as expensive as waiting for a low cost option, she could die of kidney failure.
